Boys are back in Town

Following a busy month of family activity in July, from Natalie’s birthday on Independence Day, Matthew’s graduation as an RE Teacher, our 24th wedding anniversary celebration in Warminster, to Hannah and Matthew’s wedding on 1 August at St Anne’s Cathedral, Leeds, it’s been a rollercoaster summer filled with lots of joy, love and pride.
Back to reality as they say! This is my latest commission. Some of you may recall my graphite drawing of brothers, Nathan and Sean as youngsters. A framed A3 CP original took pride of place in the Burns’ household on Saturday when their mum, Helen received my latest commission.
How they have grown – and it has been heartening to see them develop from the years they shared with Natalie, Aidan and Matthew in primary school to the fine young lads they have become today. Sean is a medical student with the potential to become a great doctor. It’s been a pleasure to draw these brothers, as they say, the boys are back in town.
