Highly Commended 2023
Patchings Art Fest has just celebrated 30 years this week, in bringing together well known artists, artisans and art materials from across the country and further afield. https://www.patchingsartcentre.co.uk/patchings-festival/
It may not have been selected for public exhibition, however, I am proud to say that my entry “He’s Behind You!” received Highly Commended recognition and you can vote for the image in the People’s Choice Award online.
Eric’s sidekick, revealed previously as the selfie originator, Jamie, from Leyland, is a work colleague of my husband, Michael. Seen here in Morecambe bay in “reflective mode” with the bronze statue of Eric – the late, great other half of double act, Morecambe & Wise. Jamie took a rare day out from daily NHS matters with his partner, Jen.
